Gull Wings Children’s Museum is currently expanding and reorganizing its leadership base to better reflect the diverse community we serve, to provide stability for the long term growth and success of our organization, and to implement a new strategic plan. Our growing Board of Directors is currently comprised of six people, representing some of the diversity of the Ventura County community.

President: Dr. Tiffany Morse
Tiffany recently moved to Ventura County to work for the County Office of Education. Prior to her relocation she lived in northern California and worked for the California Department of Education. She has coordinated a financial literacy program for a non-profit organization, been a math and science teacher, and spent a year working as a commercial beekeeper. Dr. Morse’s passion is traveling and she has been to Africa several times, most recently to work at an orphanage in Tanzania. She loves the outdoors, especially kayaking and hiking in Ventura County.

Carol is an elementary school principal at Oxnard School District.

Paul M. Marietti
Paul M. Marietti has served 20+ years in education, 15 as a classroom teacher, and 7 as a school administrator. He currently serves incarcerated youth as the principal of Providence Court School in Ventura County. He lives in Camarillo with his wife and two daughters.

Merideth Sullivan
Merideth has nearly ten years experience working in informal education and the children’s museum field. She earned a B.A. in Theatre and her Elementary Education license while in Indiana. After relocating to Thousand Oaks in 2011 she became a play at home mom who gets to share her love of learning and wonder of the world with her toddler son on a daily basis. Merideth comes to Gull Wings with a passion and commitment to a child’s creative play and experiential learning.

Terrance Dixon
While studying abroad at The University of Benito Juarez in Mexico, Terrance met a friend who was born and raised in Ventura County. Terrance came to visit him over 6 years ago, found a job, and has never left. He works in advertising for the Ventura County Star. Born and raised in Texas, he has volunteered to coach youth football, basketball, track, and swim lessons since he was 17. He has a deep passion for working with children and has 2 sons of his own.

Our Advisory Board
We are in the process of redeveloping our Advisory Board. It will be comprised of partners, stakeholders, partner organizations, and at-large community members to ensure the broadest community representation possible. We will hold quarterly meetings.
