Gull Wings Children’s Museum is a fun, interactive and educational place to have your child’s birthday party!
Birthday Party Packages
CLASSIC PARTY
Classic parties are hosted by you during normal operating hours. You may bring your own food & supplies. You also get:
- Free museum admission for up to 20 people.
- Use of the party room for two (2) hours.
- Use of our kitchen with fridge & microwave.
- A Goody Bag for each child.
- Each additional guest is $5.
PREMIUM PARTY
Premium Parties come with all the features of a Classic Party PLUS:
- you may decorate the Party Room.
- a dedicated Birthday Host to help with all your party needs (including cleanup!)
- a Craft Project for each child to do with your Birthday Host.
- a delicious Cupcake for each guest.
- Each additional guest is $7.
ULTIMATE PARTY
Ultimate Parties have it all! You bring the guests and we do the rest! Comes with all the features of a Premium Party PLUS:
- Pizza and drinks for each guest (paper goods and flatware included)
- Choice of themed decorations.
- A special gift for the birthday child.
- Each additional guest is $9.
** Private Party Packages
Private Parties include free admission for up to 30 people, and are held after closing time so your guests get exclusive use of the entire museum for up to three (3) hours!

PLEASE NOTE THAT EVEN IF YOU INDICATE A SPECIFIC TIME OR DATE WHEN USING THIS FORM OR WHEN PURCHASING A PARTY PACKAGE ONLINE, YOUR PARTY IS NOT OFFICIALLY BOOKED IN OUR SYSTEM UNTIL YOU SPEAK WITH A GULL WINGS STAFF MEMBER. IF YOU USE THIS FORM OR PURCHASE A PARTY ONLINE AND DO NOT HEAR BACK FROM A MEMBER OF OUR STAFF WITHIN 2 BUSINESS DAYS, PLEASE FOLLOW UP BY CALLING (805)483-3005 AND SPEAKING WITH A MEMBER OF OUR STAFF. Our Policies for…
RESERVATIONS: A nonrefundable $50 deposit is required at the time of booking to hold your date and time. This deposit will be applied to the total cost of the party. You may pay this online, over the phone or at the museum. (Please note that when you pay for a birthday party online, you must pay for the entire party at once, and not just the deposit.) For standard parties, clean-up service is not included; the party room must end up in the same condition as it was at the start of your party.
CANCELLATIONS and DATE CHANGES:Any date changes made up to two weeks prior to your event are subject to a $20 charge. Any cancellations made after this two week deadline will result in forfeit of the $50 deposit.
All parties must be paid IN FULL 3 days before the party date. You may do this over the phone or at the museum. You may also mail a check, as long as it is received at the museum by the required date. You will receive a courtesy call from the museum to remind you to pay your party in full the week before your party date. If we do not receive full payment 3 days before your party date then the date and time of your party becomes available for any persons able to pay in full, and the deposit is forfeited.
